Create MOD rooster for Head of Department

Assist to check comments from the website and OTA, report to General Manager Follow up complain and comments from the guest and report to General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Report to Food & Beverage Manager Daily banquet activities

Responsible to create Banquet Event Order and delegate to all departments

Responsible to make amendment for every additional consume and sending to all departments concern

Attend daily Banquet meeting to coordinate events

Submit Banquet Event Report to FBM and compare with system Sending Banquet Forecast every week

Working together as a team with Banquet Operational

Prepare all meeting equipments needed as signage, food and table tag

Handling complain from the functions, info to Sales person and report to FBM
